It's down to two weeks before a nice, long summer vacation back home in California, but my god... There's so much work to do right now, I can't see the light at the end of the tunnel. I have layouts and storyboards due for one class, roughs, scratchboards, and acrylics due for another, and a speech and written final for the last one.

With so much work to do, now is a really horrible time to find myself feeling sickeningly depressed every day. TAT;; It's just... one thing after another keeps happening, and the fact that most of it is beyond my control is frustrating me. I need to get my life and priorities reorganized ASAP. Must not let crap get in the way of finals. ><;;;

Not much to update with other than that... which, aside from the homework half was very vague, and I apologize. Personal issues are personal. So uh... here, have some scratchboard practice from today~

Just an in-class assignment for Materials and Techniques for Sequential. The one on the left is the class printout, and the one on the right is the replica I did on scratchboard, (painfully using an old crow quill because my sculpting tools were missing). My first time using transfer paper for anything. It's pretty nice if you don't have a lightbox and don't mind going over your drawing twice. :/ Not sure who drew the original, or I'd credit them.

Oh god, and SCAD's Edior's Day is tomorrow. x___x;;; Since I'm only a sophomore, I didn't get a portfolio review or anything, but... I kind of want to go and just hang around the Sequential building to see if anyone misses their appointment. But then again, weak portfolio is weak, since I don't really have much to show right now. Ugh. More frustrating things. ><;;

Again, I apologize for the lack of activity and comments. I'll hopefully be back in full swing after finals are over. There's a ton of new con prints and chibis and things I'm itching to do once I'm home.
